Your Hidden Forest HOA has a recreation room which residents can rent for their parties. The room will accommodate 40 to 50 guests, and is equipped with a small kitchen (microwave and refrigerator), bathroom, six 6-ft. rectangular tables and approximately 45 chairs. The fee for renting this room is $20 per hour and may be rented for up to three hours (from set up to clean up). A separate deposit of $100 is also due at booking. The deposit will be refunded as long as the terms of the contract are met. A party reservation form and a copy of the required contract are available on the website.
During Pool Season (April through September), pool parties can also be scheduled by Hidden Forest residents. Information about pool parties can be found under the Swimming Pool section of this website.
Residents wishing to schedule a party must call the Hidden Forest Office to check on availability and payment procedures.
Rules for Recreation Room Rental are as follows:
The three hour maximum reservation of the recreation room includes set-up, cleaning and exiting the premises. The Board of Directors may approve rentals for longer than three hours.
The host resident must be present during the rental. During pool season, the resident should check in with the lifeguards who will unlock the door. The resident must also check-out with the lifeguards when the party is over. During non-swimming season, the host resident will be issued a key which must be returned to the office when the party is over.
All party trash must be taken to the dumpster if the lifeguards are present to open the dumpster. Otherwise, the resident should take the trash bags with them.
Counter tops, sink, floors and bathroom must be cleaned of all debris.
The air conditioner/heater, fans and lights must be turned off before exiting the premises.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the party to ensure a refund, with the exception of inclement weather.
Infractions of these rules or property damage may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or additional charges may be incurred
